"He turned 13 last March. He was found as a nine month old, wandering the streets in north Portland in the area of Columbia Blvd. and Chautauqua Blvd. Somebody turned him into the Oregon Humane Society. I discovered him there and saw at once that he was a very sweet and gentle boy. His name Winson, came from John Lennon's middle name. His middle name is Chautauqua. He drives me crazy, always wanting me to "scritchy scratch" him. This means he lies on the floor and wants me to use my feet to give him a rough massage on his sides, back, tummy and the top of his head! The minute I sit on the couch, he rushes in and climbs up on my lap to have a cuddle. He's a real sweetheart!"
