The ship is in service for Dream Cruises. It was previously ordered as World Dream for Star Cruises.
The ship was designed for the Asian cruise market and has a large number of restaurants and a casino along with specially designed cabins.
The ship was christened on 17 November 2017 by Puan Sri Cecilia Lim who was named the God Mother of the "World Dream".
The ship has 19 decks, carries 3,400 passenger, 2,000 crew and has 35 restaurants and bars.
World Dream sails to Japan, Vietnam and the Philippines from its Hong Kong/Guangzhou homeport.
