Was still there!

At the time it was lowered to half-staff (because of you-know-what), had the flag already been shredded to bits by a tropical storm? Or, this being South Carolina, was it later mangled in the night by secessionists high on meth or bathsalts?

 

And think of how distasteful it would be to have to interact with the kind of person who would be in a position to know the answer to my question!
