"I'll have a plate of a piece of your pineapple-upside-down. Under fluorescents."

A piece of this cake should be three times this size, at minimum.

For as long as pineapples have been getting shipped in large numbers to the U.S. mainland, pineapple-upside-down cake has been the favorite cake of most people. It is suitable for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Maraschino cherries are soaked in the petroleum derivative "FD&C Red 40" and corn syrup and are unhealthy, but pineapple slices are a good source of manganese so it all cancels out somewhat.

The plate and clingwrap are destined for the North Pacific Gyre.
