Uthbë uthbë uthbë!, Cuthbert Street is a bumpy one-lane.

Bumper poles stop so-called Accurate Dumpsters from rolling off the slopey sidewalks and out into traffic. The commingled brick and asphalt surfaces of Cuthbert Street's driving lane exhibit the effects of a long long history of heaving and settling.

The "the" in "The Chinese Noodle Factory" implies the presence of a silent and invisible "REAL" or "ONE AND ONLY GENUINE" after it.

This picture is OLD!, it's from last March, so the upper right-hand is possibly an enclosed residence by now.
