Proportions of anatomical parts of national bird, at a prime space I saw downtown.

If you don't want to trust my claim that it's prime space, look at the sign in the window. Words do have meanings!

 

I love the national bird!, and the symmetry of his wings, but I prefer heart shapes to star shapes. A dance of stars above a head implies dizziness. The wings were a mustache for awhile in the 1970s.
