This was 1918 in rough shape, caked in paint layers, at a former wool mill in Woonsocket.

It is difficult to see because of the angle of the sun, but the 'd' of the 'ad' has an unusual design, which I dislike. The circle of the 9 contains a hand-drawn heart symbol.

The adhesive remnants on the nearby door are depressing, despite the brilliant sunshine.

In Woonsocket, Rhode Island, on April 23rd, 2025, was a datestone at the former Arthur I. Darman Co., nowadays a Honeywell facility, at the northeast corner of Railroad Street and Arnold Street.
