In Savannah, Georgia, on December 31st, 2023, was a building at the northeast corner of Habersham Street and East 32nd Street, identified here as 1526 Habersham St, built in 1912. Per my review of Chatham County Board of Assessors property records, it appears to be a four-unit condominium nowadays.

 

The building is within the Thomas Square Streetcar Historic District, 97000813 on the National Register of Historic Places, but is identified as a "noncontributing property," with no reason stated for its exclusion.
