An office building from the 1890s on a small triangular lot in a small town outside Pittsburgh is surrounded by utility poles.

I HAVE INFERRED from Sanborn fire insurance maps that the building was built sometime between 1892 and 1898. It is shown as an office in 1898, and as an insurance office and "Mill'y B." or "Mill'g B." in 1914.
