A new brown house!, a three-story house with four bedrooms and a garage and brise-soleils.

Construction began in 2018 according to the City of Milwaukee's "Property Assessment Data" website.

 

It looks like construction was not finished as of April 2021? There is still housewrap around the front door. I imagine it has caused a hubbub in the neighborhood.

 

The houses to the left and right of it are from 1895 and 1890, respectively.
