The creek named "Town Run" would be a quarter or less as exciting if it didn't have a city built up around it.
Clearly it's exactly where it belongs and I like to feel that the city of Ashland Ohio wouldn't have a good enough reason to exist were it not for Town Run.
It makes me choke to think of Town Run wasting away in some old pasture or woodland where nobody can see it.

In downtown Ashland, Ohio, on June 24th, 2009, Town Run as viewed from a bridge off the east side of Luther Street, between West South Street and West Washington Street.
Town Run flows to Lang Creek, which flows to the Jerome Fork, which flows to the Lake Fork Mohican River, which flows to the Mohican River, which flows to the Walhonding River, which flows to the Muskingum River, which flows to the Ohio River.
