The greenish-yellow sign used to be hateful and anti-person but it got fixed.
It's a funny neat pic because who would ever think about swimm'n in the Ohio River in the wintertime with snow. Not @ this time of year ha ha, brrrrrr.
When summer comes people can go out for a dip.
