Ah haha the name of the building is "New Orleans." Also it used to be yellow.

 

Rolling Stones tongue-sticking-out logo up there.

 

What is that rooftop cap thing called. It wouldn't be called an awning, right? Or would it.

In Regina, Saskatchewan, on August 2nd, 2018, "New Orleans" at the southwest corner of Angus Street and 9th Avenue. The building was erected in 1973 according to the City of Regina Assessment & Taxation Department's property search website.
