In downtown Spartanburg, South Carolina, on December 26th, 2017, the Montgomery Building, erected 1924, 08000760 on the National Register of Historic Places, at the northeast corner of North Church Street (U.S. Route 221 and South Carolina Highway 56) and East St. John Street (U.S. Route 29), during its conversion from offices to apartments.
