WHEN I VISIT CAPITAL CITIES OF U.S. STATES I seek out the state lottery office and I take pictures of the signs, buildings, landscaping, etc.

The pictures are for a photobook I'm going to publish.

 

The state of Louisiana is trying to trick its citizens into not seeing the "all others will be towed at owner's expense" message at the bottom of the sign. Towing = $$$, plus the thrill of adminstering punishment.
