A Federal APD rusty kard accepter.

Kards were the future. This model was the "Kard Acceptor 75." No I'm just kidding, I don't know the name of the model.

A look around the worldwide web reveals that the parking gate arm/parking money collection company "Federal APD" was established in 1953 and was a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Federal Signal Corporation. Federal APD was acquired by 3M in 2012 as part of 3M's purchase of the Federal Signal Technologies Group (FSTech) family of business units from Federal Signal. 3M then shut down its parking division, including the former Federal APD, in 2014. Now you know it!
