Charmingly homely door into winsomely homely 1960s bldg, with back step of brick red tiles.

This is one of my favorite buildings in all of Florida but if it ever gets cleaned up and given a fresh coat of paint I will not like it anymore.

In Gainesville, Florida, on December 31st, 2017, the backside of a commercial building on the south side of West University Avenue (Florida state roads 24 and 26), west of Southwest 10th Street.

 

The building was erected in 1964.
