The security cameras weren't originally part of this creation at the time of its erection in the 1970s.
As long as we're redesigning the sculptures of the past to suit ourselves, I'd like to see a statue put on top of it.

In downtown Detroit on October 12th, 2013, in Hart Plaza on the south side of Jefferson Avenue. At the left, there, are "One Detroit Center," erected in 1993; and the "Coleman A. Young Municipal Center," erected in 1954.
