The future of downtown Saginaw.

But I worry that the finished result won't be as interesting to look at as this is.

 

Also my experience with buildings erected in the U.S. during the past 10-20 years has been that they often haven't been built to high standards of quality — they leak or are riddled with design and layout problems, etc etc. Maybe this building in downtown Saginaw will be an exception?
