Nov 2009 Employee-of-the-Month at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

I've been reading that in September 2009, two St. Paul police officers tasered, maced, and beat a Minneapolis Convention Center employee while he was barbecuing in his yard at home — an incident for which the man later successfully sued the police department in federal court.
