People love it because its top is shaped like a city skyline.

In downtown Flint, Michigan, on December 9th, 2018, the Mott Foundation Building, formerly the Union Industrial Bank Building, designed by Smith, Hinchman & Grylls, said to have been built from 1929 to 1930, as viewed from the southeast corner of Beach Street and West 1st Street.
