Bamburgh at Night

Bamburgh is a village on the Northumberland coast between Seahouses and Berwick upon Tweed. The village is famous for its large castle built on a rocky outcrop and for being the home of Grace Darling who in 1838 along with her father William who was a lighthouse keeper, rescued the survivors of the SS Forfarshire in rough seas off the coast of Bamburgh at the Farne Islands..
