Great Blue Heron

My husband and I watched this Great Blue Heron struggle with his newly caught fish for at least 10 minutes whilst we were visiting the Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge NY. What a perfect photo opportunity! As a result I had many reference photos to work from and I was thrilled with the end result.
