The Hydra
Need to photograph this old tree on a cloudy day...bright blue skies didn't add to the mood...a reason to return!
As soon as I saw this tree the many headed mythical creature, the Hydra, came to my mind. Something about how the branches are reaching out violently in all directions and the trunk is so bent. Over imaginative perhaps?
