Summer in Lima a day out going first to Barranco to see the advances on a newly built building, then to La Red a classic cevicheria in Miraflores. Were I had some aguadito de choros, causa de cangrejo, canchita and parihuela.
La Red has great food and is not expensive making it a very popular lunch spot in the city.
