ice crystal
Two days ago I discovered a wonder-ice land at my feet: beautiful, tiny, fragile, breakable structures and each is unique. This crystal pictures were taken near a frozen lake (next to Stuttgart Vaihingen where I work) where enough humidity and cold, the two prerequisites for this nature-art, were given over the last nights.
Now the photo fever has caught me again. After an extensive photo session at -10°C it is the right time to have a cup of delicious tea ;-)!
Well it is a good training for Etna: I heard from from Boris Behncke, a volcanologist at Etna, that activity is resuming at the South East Crater...
