Atlantic International Institute
I don't know what Atlantic International Institute is, at King and College Sts., but I do know that this was the home of Dixie Cream Donuts for many years, then Lynn Sutton, Tax Expert, took it over until he passed away.
On the left side of the building were several smaller businesses over the years. There was a laundry there for a long time, Debby's Game Room in 1977, and in later years an air conditioning shop was at the far end. Today Atlantic ocupies the whole building.
