Korean startup Monit’s smart diaper sensor lets parents to check the diapers of their babies without the sniff test and also without waking them up.

Changing diapers of babies in time to avoid discomfort and skin irritation is very important.

Monit’s smart diaper can detect faeces and urine by monitoring a combination of temperature, humidity and gas.

Monit is currently making prototypes for mass production to reach the Korean market by August.
