Saguaro Crossing
If we don't fence off the highways here in Southern Arizona the
Saguaro cactus would be crossing the road all the time and stopping
traffic. Saguaro cactus don't start growing an "arm" until they are
about 75 years old. These monsters are 20 to 30 feet tall, weigh in
at several tons and may be up to 200 years old. Don't pick a fight
with them, you will lose.
