My son captured this fellow in my conservatory and I waited till dark when he was more subdued and sat him on a cutting from my budleia inside a light tent. The first few stacks I took I've not managed to get right at all as he kept moving his leg or wing a little and as I'm still new to Zerene and editing stacks I've not managed to correct for that but for this shot he stayed pretty still. I used two daylight bulbs one to either side of the light tent with a handheld speedlight with a soft box near him and then back lit the tent with another speedlight with a blue gel. I used a 100mm Tokina plus 3 extension tubes totalling 68mm to get closer and mounted the camera on a Velbon Super Mag Slider. Apart from the stacking in Zerene of the straight out of camera JPEGs there hasn't been much editing done at all.
