This series is a very rare view...a series of portraits of Patricia, my (now ex-) girlfriend. She's very camera shy, so enjoy these, you might not see any more in a while :-) I love her expression on this one, very characteristic of her playful personality.
The lighting is available light, coming through a large window.
Trying out the FA50mm f1.4 that I borrowed from Dave. I wanted to try and get the shallowest depth of field I could. It's definitely an awesome portrait lens, but I think that maybe it would stack too much with my DA40mm f2.8 Limited. It definitely has a nice feel, though.
This was also my first time doing portrait retouching in PS. I tried to keep the natural look as much as possible.
