Taken with: Sinar-F 4x5 Studio Monorail; Schneider-Kreuznach Super Angulon 90mm (1/60th sec, f/22)

Taken on: Kodak Tri-X 320 (pushed to 400)

Developed in: Kodak HC-110 DIlution-B (3:45 min)

Printed on: Ilford Multigrade V Paper (Contact printed 2 sec f/16; Dektol 1:2 1 min)

Scanned with: Epson V500 (EpsonScan, Photoshop CS6)

This was a fun multi-exposure shot to work on. I wanted to go for a collage aesthetic while exploring the traditional forms of Ancient Greek Vase artwork.

This shot was accomplished entirely in camera!

I shot the silhouette of the vase first, then I moved the rear standard of the camera to line up the model in different poses into the appropriate places on the vase.

For those who are interested, the vase was shot with Tungsten "Hot Lights," while the model was shot with a 3 strobe lighting setup.

After I "souped" the film I contact printed it in my darkroom and scanned the print.

Thanks to my model Erin Croley for her excellent work on this project!
