201 Concord Exchange

The pedestrian bridge formerly connected this office building to the Wells Fargo bank building across Grand. However I believe it has been defunct since Wells Fargo moved out. The Wells Fargo building has since been thoroughly remodeled from office space into market rate apartments.
A major apartment building project was recently announced for the northeast corner of Grand Ave and Concord Exchange. The project will include completely demolishing the 1970s era office building at 201 as well as removal of the two level surface parking lot adjacent. A new 4 story apartment building will be constructed in it's place. A second building is planned for the neighboring site, however that is still in the planning and approval process.
