Rainmaker Photography
Experimenting at night
Just back from a couple of days in Skye. It was meant to be Torridon but due to a landslip on the road I was meant to be taking I wound up in Skye.
No maps, and no plans for the area meant I had to just head to places I'd been before as I didn't have a great deal of time to wander about.
I tried some panoramic work with the Pano Rex head, and will post the results as and when I can deal with waiting for the PC to stitch 8 x 21 meg files together!
The full moon was out, so I thought I'd try a bit of night time photography.
This was 30 seconds, f4 at ISO 800. I didn't really know what to expect so it was a bit of a treat seeing this pop up on the screen. Not even done much of anything in photoshop either.
Canon Eos 5d mk ii, 17-40L, no filters
STROBIST: Moon, full power :o)
Hit L to see this on a dark background.
All of my photos are taken as one shot, unless specifically stated otherwise.
If you are going to post an invite to a group, please read my PROFILE first. Thanks.
