Flame Grilled Flavour

Spotted at Hungry Jacks, where my son and I dropped in on a whim in passing today, to try out and compare the real-beef Whopper against the plant-based Rebel Whopper.

 

Conclusion? The plant-based Whopper was very convincing, and I wouldn't have been able to detect it wasn't beef. In fact, it might have been a little bit tastier. On the other hand, I might have mixed them up and gotten confused. Either way, they did a great job with the taste and texture.

 

Next, I need to research the benefits of eating plant-based "meat". Do you know the pros and cons?
