Opera Cake ~ Explored #308

Another cake brought in by my friend and colleague to share with me at afternoon tea. This one was layers of caramel, chocolate, fudge, cake, biscuit, topped with a flat piece of dark chocolate with a treble musical sign in white chocolate. Delicious.
