Three thru-truss spans. One pony truss. Built over a three year span from 1922-1924, and ranging 525 feet.
The Gasconade River Bridge has earned a hallowed place on Route 66, carrying cars over the Gasconade River in Hazelgreen, Missouri until last year. It also had served as a detour for closures of I-44.

Originally, MoDot's decision was to replace the bridge, but after a strong and fervent grass-roots campaign, including rallies, an organized group and letter-writing campaign, meetings with MoDot officials, and watchdog and fan pages on Facebook, MoDot announced in October 2015 that the bridge was on its rehabilitation list.
