EVOO

A few years back now, I was in a restaurant where a few dishes on the menu said they contained EVOO. Luckily there was a chef in our group who explained that it stood for "extra virgin olive oil". Obviously, this female red winged parrot doesn't need a menu to know that it can get it straight from the tree.
