The Haunting Depth of the Daniel Lady Farm

The Daniel Lady Farm played an important role in the three-day battle of Gettysburg. The farm was occupied by Southern forces on July 1, 1863, and served as a Confederate staging area for the remainder of the battle. In addition, the farm served as a hospital for the wounded of both sides; several burials were recorded on the property.

The inside of this place was great, even though I took 13 exposures I was still not happy with the color results, so with a lotta inspiration from some great recent B&W HDR's from OdinsRaven, Mike Chen and Seth, (there is more, if I missed you I apologize) and a whole lotta love and History inspiration from my Empress (please have a look at her outside shot of the barn, it's excellent- HERE, I decided to go with B&W processing with this one.

This is purportedly one of the most haunted sites around Gettysburg, we will report more on that later... : )

Thanks for Looking!
