Tree Pose

Inspired by Jonas Ericson's work on newspaper from the Artist's Journal Facebook group, I made a tree this morning.

 

I used watercolor, then collaged on newspaper and bits of painting discards. (The best part was I got to make nice leaves out of some old and very bad tree paintings.I like the feeling of honouring the learning process.)
