19 OCT Stair Workout and 220 Day 333

Okay, my knee is doing better every day. Running is getting easier, I have discovered that kicking in the pool really strengthens the quad muscles, and stairs are a good thing for quads too.

 

But today, while canvassing at an apartment complex, I found that too many stairs might be too much of a good thing. I went home and immediately iced my knee.

 

BS has been in the 200's all day. I had a bad LOW night so Andrew disconnected the pump for me.

 

By the time I realized it, I had been disconnected for more than 3 hrs. I still tested low at 5 am and had a juice box, but reattached the pump and the wake up BS was 76. But a slide downhill (uphill numerically) from there, even with running, swimming and canvassing. Also I ate food, because I like to eat, and bolused to try to correct for high BS.
