THE MONASTERY OF PANAGHIA ELEOUSA #1(MADONNA THE MERCIFUL)

In the foreground can be seen the Monastery of Panaghia Eleousa (Madonna the Merciful), and in the background the Monastery of the Holy Cross, in the Kleisouras Canyon, which lies 20 kilometers to the south of the town of Agrinion, W. Greece.

 

I dedicate this photograph to my good friend Angus and to his daughter Karen.
