Tasmanian waratah (Telopea truncata of Proteaceae family)
oh no! I forgot to photograph it next morning when it was covered with snow!
Also missed to photograph it when I saw a honeyeater bird feeding on that particular bush. :((
But... at last I have beautiful photo of iconic Australian/Tasmanian species in my collection :) Always wanted to see it and photograph in the wild, and it was a lot of flowering waratah on the track! Somehow not all photos came up good, this one is best ...My good old 6 Megapixels Sony...
