Regional JET Grant Presentation Hosted by San Antonio College

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) presented five JET grants, totaling $1,531,619 to five grant recipients, including Alamo Colleges District-San Antonio College, Boerne ISD (in partnership with Alamo Colleges District-San Antonio College), Cotulla ISD (in partnership with Southwest Texas Junior College), Dilley ISD (in partnership with Southwest Texas Junior College), and Harmony Public Schools South Texas (in partnership with Texas Southmost College). In the first year of the grants, the funding will help train 651 students in high demand occupations in Healthcare, Software Developers, Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers, and Welding.
