Regional JET Grant Presentation hosted by Trinity Valley Community College

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) presented five grants, totaling $1,378,256.00 to five grant recipients, including the Kaufman ISD (in partnership with Trinity Valley Community College), Cayuga ISD (in partnership with Trinity Valley Community College), and Rains ISD (in partnership with Trinity Valley Community College), Forney ISD (in partnership with Dallas College – El Centro Campus), and Kemp ISD (in partnership with Trinity Valley Community College). In the first year of the grants, the funding will help train 648 students in high demand occupations in Mechanical Engineers, Healthcare, and Welding.
