Maureen Weigl, Chief of Soldier Family Support and Services for the Army National Guard honored the Job Education Connection Program (JCEP) for having in 1000th Service Member hired in Texas. Originally began as a pilot program in Texas, Spec. Anthony Tony Christmas became the 1000th JCEP participant hired when he accepted a position with Aramark Uniform Services in Dallas, Texas.
