Lemon Sheet Cake for Dessert

We're serving slices of our recipe for lemon sheet cake, topped with whipped cream and a strawberry, on Scarlet Fiesta plates. The cake is glazed when a sugar / rum icing.

 

This is quite a different cake compared to the chocolate and pecan Texas Sheet Cake. Both cakes can serve many hungry guests at a party and are perfect for a potluck gathering.
