Baylor Stadium contract signing, 1949
We believe this to be the signing of the construction contract for the building of Baylor Stadium in 1949. The Swigert Construction Company of Waco was hired to do the job. Jack Kultgen is sitting with who we believe is a representative of the firm signing the contract. Other members of the Baylor Stadium Corporation stand in the back.
