Once part of Waco University, then Baylor University, Ertha Lee Cowden and neighboring Maggie Houston Halls served as men's dormitories. In 1931, Cowden Hall was torn down as other structures fulfilled students' boarding needs. This photograph was taken by Fred Gildersleeve.
