9 - ReShade (Kodachrome CineStyle)
Here ya go, for everyone interested. You can toggle the grading with Scroll Lock, and the DOF with the Pause/Break button. (No DOF in this shot)
I've also fiddled around with AO a bit, but decided to deactivate it in the end. If you still want to use AO, just go into the McFX.cfg and change USE_AMBIENTOCCLUSION from 0 to 1. Once you changed that, you can always toggle it on/off ingame with the [Insert] button.
Mind you, this ReShade preset is looking overkill sometimes (quite often actually). Use at your own risk. It's not realistic at all, that's why I categorized it as "CineStyle". Blown out highlights, high contrast, washed out colors, tons of lensflares.
